InHarvest Specialtifoods Inc. is a 100,000 square foot facility for wild rice receiving, parboiling, drying, milling, processing, blending and packaging. InHarvest markets wild rice to a variety of customers including high end restaurants. Expansion in 2008 included construction of a 50,000 square foot concrete tilt up warehouse for green rice curing and finished product storage.
